QUESTION: I was wondering, would you be more interested in commissioning something if I offered full-body or two-character pieces?  If you could comment, that would be really super awesome and helpful. :')

--

I'll be doing shoulders-up commissions this summer.  I would offer full body commissions, but I'll wait until I'm more comfortable with drawing before I offer them for points and such.

[for examples, see the official commission sheet here]

Sketch
:bulletblue: A roughly drawn but somewhat clean-ish drawing.  Digital.
    :bulletblue: 80 :points:

Black&white lines/shading
:bulletgreen: Clean lineart with shadows/darker areas shaded.
    :bulletgreen: 100 :points:

Colored/shaded
:bulletred: Clean lineart, along with colors and shading.
    :bulletred: 140 :points:

WHAT I DO:
:bulletblack: Original characters (with a reference provided).  These do not include fan characters (characters one makes for a preexisting fandom).
:bulletblack: characters from the Ace Attorney series, Axis Powers Hetalia (reference provided for some of the Nyotalia designs--I haven't seen all of them), Ouran High School Host Club, Death Note, and Full Metal Alchemist.
:bulletblack: characters from Doctor Who, Sherlock, and Star Trek (all series) *

*these will be more experimental, since I'm still getting used to drawing people that actually exist.  Just btw.

WHAT I DON'T:
    :bulletblack: fan characters (as aforementioned)
:bulletblack: animals/anthros.  Sorry, I'm just really not good at them.
:bulletblack: robots.  Again, I'm not good at them.  Unless they're robots that look human.  Like Data.

IF YOU'D LIKE A COMMISSION:
:bulletwhite: Please note me with the following information:
  1. Requested character (with a reference, if appropriate)

  2. Type of commission (sketch, B+W, or full color)

  3. Any additional notes (about expressions/accessories/clothing)

:bulletwhite: After reviewing the note, I will check your account ahead of confirmation to see that you will be able to pay for a commission.
:bulletwhite: I will reply to your note, and then you can donate the points.  That's when I'll start the commission.
:bulletwhite: Points are given ahead of time.  If something happens or if it is unsatisfactory, I will refund your points.

OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
:bulletyellow: Commissions are of solo characters.  If you would like more than one character, it'll be a separate commission.  (Sorry, I'm just not good at drawing more than one person...also, it's just from the shoulders up.  I don't know how interesting it would be with two people in one picture.  idk).
:bulletyellow: My schedule this summer will be kind of all over the place.  It may take a day for your commission to get done, or it may take a couple weeks for me to get around to it.
:bulletyellow: I may cancel all commission if an unforeseen event occurs.
:bulletyellow: I'll post all commissions to dA for you (and everyone else) to see.

SLOTS

(Also, I'm just doing these for kicks and giggles.  I'm hoping to get some points to save up over time for a premium membership or get point commissions from other artists, but it's not like I have a dire need for instant cash.  So don't feel bad if you can't donate or something.)

I believe that's everything.  If there's any confusion, feel free to ask!

You need to charge more! At least 80-100 :points: to start, if not more. D:

I thought about that...I was just unsure of how many people really had that amount. Oh well. Perhaps after these first few I'll raise the point amounts. OTL

1 Point? You may know this, but 80 Points = 1 Dollar. So that would mean that the commission would be 1/80th of a dollar. 1.25 cents.

Just thought I'd let you know.

I thought about that, but most people that I've seen that would be willing to buy a commission don't have 80 points. idk. Maybe I'll raise the prices or something. Thanks for the concern, though! : )
